In 2014 GHI created and launched HospiScope, the world’s largest database of hospital demographics for Latin America. That data is what powers HospiRank 2020, ensuring that it’s direct from the sources (the hospitals themselves) and is constantly updated throughout the year by a team of experienced researchers.

In 2017 GHI published the first edition of HospiRank.  The 2017-2019 editions of HospiRank offered a ranking of the top 5 hospitals across 7 categories, along with a limited country reports.

HospiRank 2020 is vastly expanded compared to any previous editions.
